What kind of work have you done for marketing agencies?

Our bread and butter is filling the gaps with services that agencies are unable to provide directly to their clients—primarily blog content, web copy, and sponsored content. We’ve worked with conventional online marketing agencies as well as major news publications and independent web designers, focusing on SEO-driven copy that’s been published on business’s websites, local newspapers, high-profile blogs, and more. We’ve also provided our fair share of design work to agencies, specializing in highly sharable, eye-catching infographics. Along with the work that’s been passed from agencies to their own clients, we have produced content to help agencies market themselves and grow their own business.

How do you vet your writers and designers?

Many members of our team have been with us for years, so we know exactly what skills, interests, and strengths they bring to the table. When we do hire new writers and designers, we look for backgrounds in marketing, writing, graphic design, and other creative fields. We also have a trial period with each new team member, so we can see if their creative skills will be a good fit for our clients’ needs. Though you may not work directly with every member of our team, you can get to know us all a little better here.

Who authors your content?

Every blog and other piece of content that we produce is written by one of our in-house writers, so you can rest assured that a high standard of quality and consistency will be maintained at any volume of production. If you prefer, we can include an author for each piece. However, many agencies prefer to provide content to their clients with their own branding.

Will you communicate directly with our clients?

That’s up to you! Our team has plenty of account management experience, and we are able to provide direct client communication if you prefer. However, many agencies opt to utilize our services under the umbrella of their own service offerings, so they keep the account communication on their end. We’ll customize the approach so that you give your clients the exact experience you envision.

Can we have a trial run with your team?

We want you to know what you’re getting into when you work with us. So, you do not have to sign a long-term contract to get started with us. We’re happy to organize a trial run with a small project or short-term commitment. This way, you can get a feel for our process and a first-hand look at our content. You can also reach out to us for sample blogs and onsite pages, which are available upon request.
